PNC Bank moving its downtown Youngstown location

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - PNC Bank is moving its downtown Youngstown offices.

Just weeks after workers removed scaffolding on the building at Wick Avenue and Commerce Street, PNC announced on Thursday that it is moving a few blocks away.

Early next year, PNC's downtown office will be in the City Center One building which will be renovated to become environmentally friendly.
