Two arrested in connection with the shooting death of an East Liverpool woman

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - Two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of an East Liverpool woman.

Jamie Adkins of East Liverpool has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter.

Anthony Carosiello of Wellsville is accused of failing to cooperate with deputies investigating the August shooting death of his sister-in-law Holly Carosiello.
