EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio - You may have noticed at the end of our 6:00 p.m. broadcast Wednesday that an Amber Alert was issued for Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties.
It was called off after the child was found close to 7:00 p.m. in Maple Heights.
Two-year-old Camron Walker went missing from East Cleveland around 2:20 p.m. during a supervised visit with his mother, Ja Teir Hines, who suffers from mental illnesses.
Police believed she was heading to Youngstown or Akron.
Around 6:55 p.m., they were found in Maple Heights.
Police say Walker appears to be in good health. Hines has been arrested.
