Southern Local school teacher returns to class following investigation

SALINEVILLE, Ohio - A Southern Local school teacher is back in the classroom.

Mike Skrinjar was relieved of his teaching and football coaching duties last November while authorities investigated a female student's allegation, the nature of which was never revealed.

That investigation resulted in no charges against Skrinjar.

The school board will rule on Skrinjar's coaching status at a later time.
