HUBBARD, Ohio - Two people are facing charges and one man is in the hospital after being run over by a car in Hubbard.
Police say it happened around 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning outside of Michael's Bar and Grille.
Twenty-eight-year-old James Capperes of Sharpsville was entering his vehicle when a car drove into his car door and then ran him over.
Twenty-one-year-old Francis Fasline is charged with assault and 23-year-old Shane Pagnatta is charged with obstructing justice.
Capperes is undergoing observation at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Fasline is currently on trial for allegedly throwing an explosive at a YSU fraternity house last year.
