No-bake Alfredo Potato Casserole
Bread Crumb Topping
3-tbsp Unsalted butter
2-tbsp Gia Russa Olive Oil
1 C Gia Russa Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs
½ C Gia Russa Parmesan Cheese
• Melt the butter in a medium skillet adding the olive oil to blend. Using a whisk or a fork; stir in the remaining ingredients until blended and golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool in a small bowl.
Potatoes & Alfredo Sauce
2 lbs. Southern Style Potato (or Shredded hash brown)
2-Tbsp Unsalted butter
2-Tbsp Gia Russa Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1-15 oz. Gia Russa Alfredo Select Sauce
½- C Gia Russa Chicken Stock
¼ -C Gia Russa Romano Cheese or Gia Russa Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
Thaw potatoes. Using the same skillet as above; melt the butter adding the olive oil to blend. Add the potatoes to skillet and cook until potatoes are slightly browned and cooked through. Pour the Gia Russa Alfredo sauce in and slowly and continue to heat.. Pour the Gia Russa Chicken stock into the Alfredo jar; recap and shake to remove the remaining sauce from the jar. Pour into skillet and gently stir to mix all ingredients, while heating. Thoroughly blend and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle bread crumb topping over pasta and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with either Gia Russa Romano Cheese or Parmesan cheese, and Parsley flakes.
