BOARDMAN, Ohio - Starting Saturday, Verizon Wireless will begin the process of eliminating jobs at the call center on route 224.
The call center is set to close its doors by March of next year.
Employees have the option to relocate or apply for different positions with the company.
The retail store on Boardman-Canfield Road will also close as the company looks to consolidate its customer service operations in the area.
