Authorities identify body of teen found in Ohio River

Authorities are investigating the apparent drowning death of a teen in the Ohio River.

Saturday evening, rescue crews arrived at the Broadway Wharf in East Liverpool and began searching for a young male victim who went under while swimming with his girlfriend.

After 20 minutes, they found the body of Herbie Lancaster unresponsive near a boat launch, 10 feet from shore.

Lancaster was later pronounced dead at East liverpool City Hospital.
