Warren man indicted by grand jury for child rape

The Trumbull County grand jury charged a Warren man with rape on Thursday.

Gary Kachenko, 56, of 626 Phillips Drive S.W., is suspected of raping a 13-year-old boy.

Kachenko is charged with eight counts of felony rape and four counts of gross sexual imposition.

The alleged offense occurred back in July.

Kachenko was arrested on August 1st and has remained in the Trumbull County Jail since the arrest in lieu of $100,000 bond.
