Woman crashes SUV into New Middletown Dollar General

A woman accidentally back her car into a New Middletown Dollar General on Saturday afternoon.

New Middletown Police say they believe the woman unintentionally hit the gas instead of the brakes, causing her vehicle to jump the curb and strike the building.

Officers report that there were no injuries to the woman or any of the store's employees.

According to New Middletown Officers, there is heavy damage to the inside and outside of the store. 

The New Middle Town Police Chief tells 21 News that the woman was not issued a citation for a private property crash, however, she is shown to be at fault and will be responsible for all damages.
