Danielle grew up just outside of Akron, Ohio in Portage Lakes.
She attended the University of Akron where she graduated with honors from their school of communications.
Prior to coming to the Valley, Danielle wore several hats as a reporter, anchor, and producer at WHIZ-TV in Zanesville.
Danielle has been recognized for her work by the Ohio Associated Press for Best Feature Reporting and Best Use of Photography. She has also been recognized by the Ohio Pharmacist Association for excellent coverage of their battle against prescription drug abuse. In 2018, Danielle won a regional Emmy for video journalist/24 hour time limit.
Danielle served on the Board of Governors for the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Lower Great Lakes Chapter for four years.
Danielle is married with two "fur-babies," Mr. Walter Croncat and Catty Couric.
When she's not reporting, Danielle enjoys spending time on the lake.
