WFMJ Weekend Today anchor, Lindsay McCoy gave birth to a baby girl Friday morning.

Lindsay and her husband George welcomed Allison Elaine into the world at 10:49 a.m.

Allison is a healthy baby girl weighing 6 pounds 10 ounces and measures 20 inches.

Mom and baby are doing well.

Lindsay thanks everyone for the love and support her family has received. She adds, "We are so thankful for everyone's support and prayers for her safe delivery! Our hearts are overflowing with joy and love right now!"
