One man was arrested at the GetGo gas station on South Avenue in Boardman Saturday afternoon after initial reports said the man was wielding a gun.
Boardman Police Chief Todd Werth told 21 News that 20-year-old Joshua Conrad was the man arrested.
Chief Werth confirmed that Conrad was arrested in connection with the gun-wielding.
Police told 21 News they were told there may have been a dispute in the Walmart parking lot nearby that sparked the incident in which the man, believed to be Conrad, pulled out a gun and waved it around.
In the video sent to 21 News from a viewer, two people can be seen being told to put their hands up and get on the ground between the gas pumps.
Conrad is being held in the Mahoning County Jail on charges of carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, inducing panic, and aggravated menacing.
