Three-car crash takes place on East Western Reserve Road

A three-vehicle accident took place on East Western Reserve Road around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

According to police, three people were transported to the hospital.

Two people were taken to Boardman, while a child was transported to Akron Children's.

Police say that all of the injuries are expected to be minor.

The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
