The Former Grove City College Assistant Sports Information Director pleads guilty to several charges that include sexual abuse of children and invasion of privacy.
On January 8, Robert Audia, 29, appeared before President Judge Robert G. Yeatts where he pleaded guilty to one count of sexual abuse of children which is a second-degree felony and 10 counts of invasion of privacy which is a second-degree misdemeanor.
Audia was accused of recording video of students in the men's shower and locker room last year. Audia was originally facing 97 charges including sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, invasion of privacy and one count of tampering with evidence.
Audia's sentencing will take place on March 8 at 9:00 AM in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County.
