Pennsylvania State Police say two children were injured when the car they were in crashed in Mercer County, closing a portion of Hadley Road Thursday afternoon.
The road is open again after it was shut down for a one-car crash in the area of Long Hill Road around 1:30 pm in Hadley.
According to State Police, the driver of the vehicle, 25-year-old Melanie Bell of Franklin, was uninjured, but the front seat passenger, a seven-year-old girl, was flown to the hospital, and the backseat passenger, a three-year-old boy was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Officials say only one car was involved.
Officials say Bell fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle, going off the road and striking a tree head-on.
According to State Police, Bell faces charges of driving while her operating privilege is suspended, child safety restraint systems and appropriate moving violations.
At this time, the condition of the passengers is unknown.
