U.S. Marshals arrest one of Youngstown area top five most wanted

A man listed as one of the top five most wanted fugitives in the Youngstown area is now behind bars.

The U.S. Marshals say they arrested Robert Kanstanek, 34, in Salem Thursday morning after someone saw a story posted on wfmj.com earlier in the week and alerted police of Kanstanek's whereabouts.

Kanstanek is facing a charge of aggravated arson.

He had been one of five people on a list put out by the Marshals  Youngstown Division of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday.

Marshals believe the four remaining suspects are dangerous and should not be approached by the general public.

Thirty-year-old William E. Dorsey is wanted on burglary and domestic violence charges. He is described as standing 5'7" and weighs 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Sixty-one-year-old David Pope is wanted on charges of having weapons under disability, trafficking fentanyl and possession of fentanyl. He is described as standing 6 foot and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Twenty-eight-year-old Jamar A. Houser is wanted on a charge of felonious assault and a parole violation. He is described as standing 5'11" and weighs 205 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Thirty-nine-year-old Sean A. Bishop is wanted on charges of aggravated robbery, having weapons under disability and a federal parole violation on a weapons case. He is described as standing 5'11" and weighs 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
