Flooding is reported across Kinsman Township after storms rolled through the Valley early Saturday morning.

Power lines were reportedly down in Kinsman Lake near Lakeview Drive NE shortly after 8 a.m.

A homeowner told the Trumbull County 911 Dispatch Center that a bridge washed away and cars were floating in the rising water. About 25 homes are located off of Lakeview Drive just past the area where the road was taken out by flooding.

People living in those homes that are stranded due to the water were told by safety forces to shelter in place and to call 911 if they have an emergency.
