Lunch Wraps 2 Ways

Peanut Butter Granola
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
2 (8-inch) tortillas, divided
2 tsp. honey, divided
1/2 cup granola, divided 

Chicken Hummus
1/2 cup hummus, divided
2 (8-inch) tortillas, divided
1 cup fresh spinach, divided
2/3 cup shredded, cooked chicken, divided
2 Tbsp. shredded carrot, divided
4 red pepper strips, divided


Peanut Butter Granola
Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter evenly over each tortilla. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup granola. Roll tortillas up, then cut into slices.

Chicken Hummus
Spread 1/4 cup hummus evenly over each tortilla. Top both with 1/2 cup spinach. Arrange 1/3 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon carrots and 2 pepper strips in a row near the middle of one tortilla. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Roll tortillas up, then cut in half.
