Warren police are asking for the communities help in getting information about a shooting that happened Thursday.
Officers were called to North Park Avenue and Courthouse Square just after midnight early Thursday where a car had crashed into an SUV.
That's where police found 32-year-old Kasmond Parker of Warren, who had been shot several times.
After searching the area for a suspect, officers received information that the shooting may have occurred near the Warren Save A Lot at North Park Avenue and Atlantic St. NE.
The grocery's store back entrance is across the street from the scene of Wednesday morning's shooting at a home on Atlantic St. NE where 34-year-old James Campbell was wounded.
Police talked to people living near the Save-A-Lot who reported not hearing any shots or seeing anything unusual.
According to the police report, Parker suffered a significant injury.
Warren police say that evidence indicates that the shooting did not occur in the Court House Square where the victim was located.
Anyone with any information about the shooting is asked to contact Detective Mackey at 330-841-2684.
Police are investigating the shooting.
