New Mocha House location coming to downtown Youngstown

A third Mocha House location is coming to downtown Youngstown.

Permits for the Youngstown location have been filed with the city's zoning department for the Mocha House to begin work on the new site.

Officials with the zoning department say Mocha House is going into the spot where Cafe Cimmento used to be.

The location for the old Cafe Cimmento is 120 East Boardman Street.

A timeline has not been given for the Mocha House opening.
