Sausage Breakfast Sliders

1 (12 count) package dinner rolls, cut in half
1 (1 lb.) package of Sparkle sausage, formed into 12 patties
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
6 slices American cheese, cut into fourths, divided
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°. 

Place bottoms of rolls in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium heat, fry sausage patties until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Place on top of rolls and wipe skillet clean and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and salt. Pour into skillet and cook over medium heat until set. 

Top sandwiches with half the cheese slices, an even layer of scrambled eggs, then the remaining half of cheese slices. Cover with top buns and brush with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
