Police: Suspected medical emergency behind Coolspring Dollar General crash

Pennsylvania State Police now say they believe a driver's medical emergency caused his pickup truck to crash through the front of the Dollar General store in Coolspring Township earlier this week.

Police say a 71-year-old man was attempting to park in front of the store on Greenville Road Tuesday afternoon when his truck traveled through the parking spot and into the store.

The driver wasn't injured, and the building sustained minor structural damage.
