Pumpkin Pie Balls

1 cup pumpkin pie filling

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 egg

2/3 cup sugar, divided

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1 tube crescent roll dough sheet

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 Tbsp. milk

  

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine pumpkin pie filling, cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and cloves.

Unroll crescent dough and cut into 8 squares. Scoop 1 tablespoon of pumpkin mixture onto each square. Fold dough over and seal edges to create a ball. Transfer balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together remaining 1/3 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Brush balls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Remove balls from oven and drizzle with glaze.
