Man behind bars after two recent crashes, one fatal, in Milton Township
The man involved in a double-fatal crash in September and a rollover crash Friday, both in Milton Township, is now behind bars.
Gregory Barnhart, 33, of Bristolville, was incarcerated Saturday, according to state troopers.
They said once Barnhart was released from St. Elizabeth's Hospital, he was taken into custody on a parole violation.
Barnhart had been released from prison back on August 6.
21 News brought you Friday the story of the families of those two victims, who were allegedly killed by Barnhart when police said he went left of center September 28 on Route 534.
They said they wanted answers as to why Barnhart was allowed to be out on the road and wanted him put behind bars.
Barnhart is also accused of being behind the wheel when he rolled his car over Friday morning.
He faces charges of OVI and failure to control in that crash.
He is currently booked on charges of burglary, possessing criminal tools, having weapons while under disability and possession of drugs/drug abuse.
Barnhart has not been officially charged in the fatal crash because of a pending toxicology report.
