Great Groceries: Shrimp Ciabatta Bread
Shrimp Ciabatta Bread
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, tails removed
1 Tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced in half lengthwise
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large pan over medium heat, add shrimp, butter, 2 cloves garlic and Old Bay seasoning. Stir and cook one minute until coated. Let cool, then chop into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, add chopped shrimp, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, dill, chives, remaining 2 cloves garlic and cheese. Stir until well combined. Spread mixture evenly over top both halves of the ciabatta bread.
Place ciabatta loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes.
