3 cloves garlic, minced

2 lbs. sirloin steak, sliced thin

4 Tbsp. cornstarch

4 Tbsp. water

1 lb. fresh broccoli florets

1/4 cup chopped green onions

White rice, cooked

To a slow cooker, add beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil. Whisk together until smooth. Add steak slices and toss to coat. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Add to slow cooker and stir to combine. Add broccoli and green onions and stir. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes, until broccoli is soft and sauce is thick. Serve over rice.
