No bond set for Bristolville man involved in Milton double fatal crash
A Bristolville man was arraigned in court Wednesday for his alleged involvement in a double fatal crash in Milton Township in September.
Gregory Barnhart, 33, pleaded not guilty to four counts of vehicular homicide and one count of driving under the influence; no bond was set.
Howard "Bill" Mounts and Bradley Ronci were killed when Barnhart's vehicle allegedly went left of center and struck them head-on.
Barnhart also faces charges for a separate crash.
He is accused of being behind the wheel when he rolled his car over in October.
Barnhart is charged with OVI and failure to control in that crash.
