Car lands on side after crash in New Vernon Twp.

A crash in New Vernon Township left one car stuck on its side Wednesday.

According to the report, the driver was traveling northwest on Greenville Sandy Lake Road.

Reports say the driver made a left-hand maneuver into the oncoming lane and over-corrected to the right.

Police say the over-correction caused the vehicle to spin 180 degrees.

According to the report, the car struck the berm and overturned onto its driver's side.

The driver was wearing a seatbelt, and airbags did not deploy.

Reports say the driver suffered injuries to his head and right hand.

He was transported to Grove City Medical Center.
