Spicy Honey-Glazed Ham

1 (8 lb.) boneless ham, fat scored in a 1-inch crosshatch pattern

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

3/4 cup honey

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup whole grain mustard

3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. hot sauce

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Position an oven rack to the lowest position and preheat oven to 350°.

Place ham in a roasting pan and add chicken broth. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, thyme and cayenne.

Remove ham from oven and uncover. Brush with glaze and continue baking until ham is a deep reddish-brown. Serve with remaining glaze.
