Sebring woman struck by train
State troopers are trying to find out more about the circumstances surrounding a fatal train accident in Sebring.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 60-year-old Susan Pinto of Sebring was struck by a westbound Norfolk Southern train at around 7:30 pm Monday.
The patrol says Pinto had been walking southbound on 15th Street at the East Pennsylvania Avenue railroad crossing when she walked into the path of the train.
Pinto was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the death is still ongoing.
