A Canfield woman who was accused of sexual conduct with an inmate at the prison where she worked will be sentenced next month.
Kim Harbison, 62, who had been charged with sexual battery, pleaded guilty Thursday to a less serious charge of gross sexual imposition.
Investigators said Harbison allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with an inmate at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown while she was employed as an administrative clerk there.
Harbison, who is no longer an employee at the detention facility, faces a sentencing hearing before Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge John Durkin on July 23.
