Clean up is underway at the Campbell city administration building and police department.
The administration building is expected to be closed on Wednesday.
Monday's heavy rain fall during a short period of time caused flooding in many areas of the building including the court room, police dispatch center, the conference center, and hallways.
Court proceedings were moved to the Coitsville Administration building on Tuesday, No decision has been made yet on whether court will be held in Campbell on Friday. An announcement is expected Wednesday.
Ceiling tiles in some rooms also fell to the floor. Plus there was flooding in the area where 911 dispatch equipment is operated.
Mayor Nick Phillips told 21 news it's frustrating since major flooding happened at city hall three years ago.
There is no estimate yet on the cost of needed repairs.
