Patrol officers, detectives, and the Critical Incident Response Team arrested McMillan and Perrotta after pulling over their car on Lathrop Street. Newman was arrested at a Lutton Street home.

Detectives say Robinson was killed because of an ongoing feud with McMillan, who allegedly plotted with Newman and Perrotta to set up Robinson and kill him.
