Dr. Bloomberg's Eye Clinic has a new place to call home

After 39 years at its former location, Dr. Bloomberg's Eye Clinic moved to a new office on September 21st. 

Dr. Brad Bloomberg, a chief professional officer of Bloomberg Eyecare, whose father, Dr. Cecil Bloomberg, began the practice in 1981 in a house on Boardman-Poland Road, announced the move to a new location. The new office space is located in the shopping strip behind Stonebridge Restaurant and Handels Ice Cream.

"We've simply outgrown the old location and needed more space," said Dr. Bloomberg. "The new location will have more examination rooms, better parking, and a wider selection of eyeglass frames for our patients. Of course, we're adhering to strict COVID-19 protocols to help ensure our patients' and staff's safety."

Dr. Bloomberg also said the name would change to "Bloomberg Eyecare" to match the other two Bloomberg Eyecare offices located in Austintown and Warren. 

To complement the move, the Bloomberg Eyecare website, Bloombergeyecare.com, has also been updated and modernized and includes ways for patients to request appointments.
