Shipment delay forces reschedule of ONE Health Ohio vaccine Clinic

Due to the weather, a shipment of Moderna COVID-19 vaccines has been delayed for ONE
Health Ohio health centers and are now scheduled to arrive next week.

A reschedule date has not yet been set

Vaccines were originally set to be available at two of the ONE Health Ohio health centers.

Vaccinations had to be scheduled by appointment only at the Youngstown Community Health Center (726 Wick Ave., Youngstown, OH 44505) or at the Lloyd McCoy Community
Health Center (1977 Niles Cortland Rd. SE, Warren, OH 44484).

Vaccine appointments are available for patients that are 65 years of age or older or anyone with qualifying underlying health issues.
