Boardman murder suspect appears in court

A man arrested in connection with the murder of a Boardman woman appeared in court Monday.

45-year-old George Hill III surrendered to U.S. Marshals on February 12.

Hill was charged with the murder of Jennifer Mullen in May 2020.

Reports say Mullen was beaten inside her Shields Road home and died from injuries sustained in the attack.

U.S. Marshals had named Hill as one of the top five most-wanted fugitives in the area last week.
