As Governor Mike DeWine continues to ease restrictions across the state of Ohio, the future of concerts is still being decided.

However, Packard Music Hall in Warren plans to host country music singer Chase Rice on August 27 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are available for pre-sale Thursday, March  4th from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. online only when you use the password PACKARD.

Tickets for the general public go on sale Friday, March 5th at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster and the Packard Music Hall Box Office.

Governor DeWine announced last week that entertainment and sports venues can reopen at 25% indoor capacity and 30% outdoor capacity.

"If Spring and Summer goes the way we think it's going to go, we're going to be able to expand these limits and move forward," DeWine said.

Eric Ryan from JAC Management, which books for the Covelli Centre, Packard Music Hall in Warren and the Youngstown Amphitheater released this statement to 21 News after that announcement:

"Although we're happy Governor DeWine is addressing our industry, these capacity changes do very little to affect our business or allow us to open up at a level to financially operate. We're hopeful things will continue to improve and the Governor will continue to increase these numbers."
