Hollywood Gaming updates capacity, mask policy

The Valley's racino is following the state in loosening its restrictions for patrons. 

Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course in Austintown announced that in accordance with the revised health orders, the facility will return to pre-pandemic operations in many parts of its facility.

The following actions will now be put in place for all customers and patrons. 

Occupancy – The property will now operate at 100% occupancy and does not anticipate any
wait times to enter the venue, which were occasionally experienced due to the 50% capacity
restriction.

Games Available – The VLT Team is in the process of making every game available for play
and anticipates having the venue back to 1,100+ games going into the weekend.

Safety – Hand sanitizer stations will remain prominently placed throughout the gaming floor and
high touch point areas will continue to be fogged each night with a special disinfectant.

Additionally, team members will continue to temperature check and use hand sanitizer upon
entering the facility.

Mask Policy – Guests and team members may continue to wear a mask and will be required to
temporarily lower it for identification purposes upon entering.

In addition to these operational updates, the property continues to seek interested job candidates
to fill a variety of open positions.
