Scrappers to play 7 inning games mid week

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers and the rest of the MLB Draft League teams will play seven inning games on Tuesday & Wednesday the rest of the season.

Its believed the change is due to pitching concerns.

Games on the other days of the week will remain nine innings.

The Scrappers have 16 games remaining and open a six game homestand Tuesday night.
