Ryan Blaney ended the NASCAR regular season finale with a win in what's been a career-year for the Hartford, Ohio native.
In a night-time, competitive Coke Zero Sugar 400, Blaney took advantage of an overtime restart, taking the lead from Chris Buescher.
The race ended under caution after a massive accident triggered a field-clearing finish.
Blaney enters the 16-man playoff field with three wins, only behind Kyle Larson. He also gives Team Penske a second win in as many races, following an impressive finish at Michigan.
The victory moves Blaney to second in the Cup series standngs.
The three-race round of 16 begins at Darlington Raceway next weekend.
