Youngstown staffing service hosts grand opening hiring event

Short staffing has been a major issue over the past year with facilities across the country looking to hire new staff including the medical field.

That's why Shift Staffing Services in Youngstown is working to hire nurses including RN's LPN's and STNAs. The company held a grand opening hiring event Saturday for folks to fill out applications and find out more about the service.

Shift Staffing Services Co-Owner, India Malloy tells 21 News the company is currently serving at least 10 facilities and that she is very confident that the company can serve all of them.

"We hire only the best workers. We make sure that on our end, we look into their background, we make sure all their t's are crossed, we make sure all their i's are dotted and that they are able to go out into the facilities and fulfill their needs as a nurse or STNA or CNA," Malloy said.

Malloy went on to say that Shift Staffing Services does do direct hiring.
