People who live at Park Vista apartments in Youngstown will have to wait more than a month until they can head back into court over structural issues with the complex's underground parking garage.

A hearing took place Thursday afternoon, but no testimony was heard because of an issue revolving around the resident's lease agreements and if it mentions Park Vista having to supply a place for them to park.

Residents say they are disappointed that no solution was reached, and that they shouldn't have to pay for repairs.

"They're inconveniencing the residents. They did all winter and they are on track to do it for another winter," said Hunter Morrison, the President of the Park Vista Residents' Association. "Violating people's civil rights, violating common decency, by putting people into situations and snow banks and walking long distances in the ice."

The next hearing is set for the week of September 14.
