National Letter of Intent Day for local athletes

 Its's National Letter of Intent day for area athletes.

At least 11 area athletes are expected to sign with the college of the choice.

In the top photo, Gino Lazzari  of Newton Falls signs with Akron for baseball.

In the middle photo is Ursuline's Terrance Pankey signing with West Liberty State for basketball, Kelly Peplowski with Thiel for volleyball and Andrew Kirilia with Walsh for baseball.

In the bottom photo, Girard's Laura Pallone signed with Lake Erie College for volleyball.
