Several fire departments are on a scene of a brush fire in Middleton Township in Columbiana County, with approximately 10 acres on fire.

According to the East Palestine dispatcher's office, the fire was called in at 11:18 a.m. Thursday, and now includes a few structures on the property.

East Palestine Fire Department, Negley Fire Departments, Greene and Perry Township firefighters along with Brighton and Hanover Township firefighters are still on the scene, and the fire appears to be under control.

According to Chief Keith Drabick, the fire is under control, but a few firemen received minor injuries.
