Two secretly indicted for overdose death of Canfield mother of two

 Two people have been secretly indicted for allegedly supplying the drugs that caused the fatal overdose of an Canfield mother or two.

Anthony Harris, 39, of Warren has been in the Mahoning County jail since his arrest one week ago on charges of involuntary manslaughter, trafficking in fentanyl, and corrupting another with drugs.

The name of a second person facing the same charges won’t be released until an arrest is made.

According to an indictment handed up by the Mahoning County Grand Jury, Harris and the other suspect provided a 32-year-old Canfield woman with drugs on February 11, 2022.

The woman, who according to her obituary had two sons, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital three days later.

The coroner says the woman died from an overdose.
