Warren Municipal Court reopened, heat restored

The Municipal Justice Center for the City of Warren, the Warren Police Department, and the Warren Municipal Court are reopened after closing on Tuesday due to a loss of heat. 

The Warren Municipal Court has reopened, and the heat is restored. 

Jail arraignments were conducted daily, but all other cases were reset.
