A multi-vehicle crash shut down traffic for a time along part of Route 11 in Columbiana County early Friday.
The accident that happened shortly before 6 a.m. involved a box truck carrying beer and an SUV along southbound Route 11 before the Route 154 exit.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the highway was closed in the area. One southbound lane reopened shortly after 7:30 a.m.
A medical helicopter was called to fly one of the victims to Mercy Hospital. A driver suffered a broken bone when his truck flipped. Troopers don't believe the injuries are serious.
