Matthew Sauer recognized as new Dealer Operator for Diane Sauer Chevrolet
WARREN, Ohio - Chevrolet Motor Division has recognized Matthew Sauer as the incoming Dealer Operator at Diane Sauer Chevrolet in Warren.
Matthew, who is the son of the business's outgoing operator of 29 years, Diane Sauer, signed a new dealer agreement with General Motors on Monday. Diane will remain on staff in an advisory role.
"I want to thank the community and my customers for supporting me during my career and I'm looking forward to the future as my son takes charge," Diane said.
According to a press release, Matthew is excited for opportunities for growth that coincide with current business growth efforts in Warren, and he also hopes to build off of the great business foundation Diane started.
"It's great to be able to keep the business in the family, especially in a time where we are seeing many dealerships sell to larger groups," Matthew said.
