One building which is set to be the new home to an event space and boutique hotel is located at 126 S. Bridge St. The other building, which will be a three unit plaza is located at 130 S. Bridge St.

Construction on the plaza is currently underway. An alterations and clothing store is now open for business. Palumbo says the owner of a costume shop for theatrical use will be his next tenant.

When the construction on the plaza is finished, his second project will begin.

Which is the renovation of the two-story building next to Selah. Palumbo plans on transforming the first level into an event space and on above it will be the city's newest boutique hotel.

Palumbo said he hopes to have the construction on the plaza completed by the first of the year.
